Francesco Podesta
Executive Director, Head of Financial Institutions
Francesco is the Executive Director at Audere, leading the Institutional Advisory Division with a focus on Interest Rates and FX risk management. Francesco holds an ACT Diploma in Treasury, an ACT Certificate in International Treasury Management, a Diploma in Economic Sciences, and an MSc in Corporate Finance and Financial Markets.
Matteo Smolari
Head of Quantitative Advisory
Matteo Smolari is an Executive Director at Audere, leading the Quantitative and Analytics Division. He specialises in FX risk management, big data processing, and institutional client trade execution. He is also CISI qualified in regulations and derivatives and has completed the ACT Certificate in International Treasury Management.
Tom Pearce
Head of Business Origination
Thomas Pearce is an Executive Director at Audere, working across the firm’s Advisory and Adda Analytics divisions. Thomas holds a BA (Hons) in English Literature from the University of Nottingham and has completed the CISI Capital Markets Programme, including qualifications in Regulations and Derivatives.
Paco Carballo
Head of Accounting for Derivatives
Francisco (Paco) Carballo leads the Derivatives Accounting department at Audere, where he provides bespoke solutions for risk management and hedge accounting to clients. Since joining in 2022, Paco has played a crucial role in helping clients navigate complex financial reporting and risk mitigation strategies. He holds both a Bachelor's and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from ESADE in Barcelona.
